Before you choose an option

Does Findigs approve or deny my application?

Findigs supports the application and screening process. Final rental decisions are made by Rent Fort Smith and/or the property owner according to the rental criteria and applicable law.

Not always. Some Obligo options may include a non-refundable fee, while other options may involve a full or partial deposit. Review the available choices and pricing before selecting an option.

When your policy meets lease requirements, you may be able to submit your existing policy for verification. Make sure the policy names, address, coverage dates, and limits are correct.

Tenant liability or waiver programs may protect the property owner, not your personal belongings. Renters who want personal property coverage should review a renters insurance policy.

Rent Fort Smith accepts online ACH payments through the resident portal. Other online payment options, fees, timing, and availability may vary by account and property settings.

If PayNearMe is enabled for your account, you can use your personalized barcode to make a cash payment at a participating retail location. Keep your receipt for your records.

Rent reporting may require resident enrollment and a subscription. Reporting rent does not guarantee a credit score increase, and credit bureaus decide how reported information is used.

When enabled and approved, Livble may let you split rent into multiple payments during the month. Review eligibility, fees, payment dates, and missed-payment rules before using it.
